Great ladder. Lightweight but sturdy with a good height for an average room, wide steps that do not hurt your feet in houseshoes and a very handy tool holder. Very happy. Reasonably priced too.

I have bought this make of ladders before and they didn't disappoint,neither do these.Wanted a small pair for use in the house to enable me to carry out small jobs ,they are lightweight yet sturdy.Dispatch was speedy and efficient.The item arrived as described and undamaged.Would definitely buy from the seller again.

This is an excellent piece of kit. I use it for inside the house and outside. The clever part is that the fit are interchangeable. Wide feet for outside use such as on the lawn (picking apples) and smaller feet for hard surfaces. The spare feet nearly click into a tray under the top platform step of the ladder. It’s light but check the dimensions as it’s quite tall. Very happy with my purchase.

A well made item at a very keen price. Narrow (9cm) tread width would only be a problem if using for extended periods. Otherwise very solid and smart. Great value.

Very sturdy, yet light to carry. Excellent for all jobs around the home. I especially like the tray at the top especially useful for standing a tin of paint or lightbulbs so you don’t have to go down to get a new bulb

Dangerous avoid at all costs, my husband fell off them twice they are too lightweight extremely flimsy. Total waste of money.

I bought this too replace a set I had for over 30 years, they are better, safer and very well built. Love the ability to change the feet and I have purchased some additional ones for outside use

For home usage, it's a top-class product. Lightweight but sturdy. No one is required to hold it as it firmly holds ground even on tiles. Fully satisfied. A great product at an economical rate.

This stepladder is lightweight and easy for me to carry around. I’m 5’I” and certainly need help reaching higher levels. This Hailo ladder is the best that I’ve found! BTW, this is my second one!
