I started noticing new hair growth about half way through this bottle. I only took one a day. Actually skipped it for several days here & there. My hair tends to grow super slow so any new growth is exciting. It’s not in the place I want but I guess beggars can’t be choosers. It’s coming in on front side area and in the back. I've been using this for 2 years and my hair is amazing. One note is that my hair is curly now. Beautiful wavy curls. But, I can straighten if I want, but I've never had such fullness. I get compliments daily. I also use Thorne's collagen. My neice finished chemo for the 4th time in 7 years and I started her on it...it is growing like crazy and thick AF!! also curly lmao

Great price and super fast delivery. I can't comment on the results of using these Biotin capsules (other than they are very very easy to swallow with no after taste) because I only received them yesterday. Will update my review next month.

Love that only have to take one dose daily as well as I do feel more energy and notice my nails are definitely getting stronger after I started using this product.

I like the size of it and the mg one is just enough.Very esy on my stomach and have not a bad teste.
