ALPHA SOTA L1 Black, Blue Low Attenuation Lightweight Safety Ear Defenders, Earmuffs Provides Hearing protection against High noise levels

I bought these for target shooting on an indoor range firing .22 LR. I find them to be comfortable with enough sound deadening to protect your hearing but still be able to hear the range officer clearly, which is important. They are good quality at a reasonable price from a UK/Europe based company: my only minor complaint is the design doesn't allow the ear pieces to fold into the headband.

Rubbish item I could here radio from 4ft away and useless around small band saw and lathe , ear plugs far more effective , refund required

They’re ok, if you want to use them every now and again around your house for DIY, but definitely not worth it for longer periods
