Charmin Soft Giant Roll, 12 Count (Pack of 1)

Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, 48 Double Rolls arrived as ordered. Will not fit in my doll house. All my local stores no longer carry double rolls, and the mega rolls will not fit my toilet paper holders. I will reorder soon, then buy a new house with larger holders!

We only use Charmin in my family! I thought my mom was just being difficult. So.... I tried every brand. My immediate family in my home let me know real quick that they wanted Charmin back and to stop testing. So... I guess this is one time mom knew best. I’ll give her this one. Thanks Charmin... I think my family was plotting my demise! (Ha-ha). You truly are the softest, most durable, best value per sheet. My tests (and family) can back me!

Managed to snag an order of this before it went out of stock (we did not panic but TP). Due to the bilingual-French packaging, I suspect this normally retails in Canada, but it is way softer and thinker than the Charmin Ultra Soft I normally get at the grocery store. The rolls are much smaller since this isn't the super mega ultra-sized rolls that are typical these days. I like the larger rolls, but the quality of this TP is just so noticeably better. I will be seriously bummed when I have to go back to that.

Okay y'all let me tell you about the day Charmin bought my allegiance. I was at a county fair in Texas, which if you've ever been y'all know it's hot as hell and not a pleasant place to use a restroom. Well, at this fair Charmin had set up port-a-potties, but hold your horses because port-a-potties as a description doesn't give these beautiful accommodations enough credit. I've lived in apartments that weren't as nice as these restrooms. They had air conditioning (!!!), a fully functioning sink with soap, a mirror, and you guessed it - Charmin toilet paper. Now this event was when I was a kid so we're talking like 15 or so years ago. And. I. Still. Remember. Those. Beautiful. Toilets. This experience was so loyalty-inspiring that my broke self bought this stuff in college. Why the hell are you buying a different brand? Buy Charmin, they save lives.

As some reviewers mentioned, the rolls seem small, but only if you compare them with the Mega rolls. This is the perfect solution if you have toilet paper holders that don't accommodate the Mega and larger rolls. I can't find the double rolls in the stores anymore, so once again, Amazon comes through.Pros: very soft but strong, available in hard to find double rollsCons: the perforations in some of the rolls were nonexistent, so hard to separate sheets. Not true of all the rolls. Led me to believe that these were seconds from Charmin.

Ordered the Charmin Soft Giant Roll for the first time. They arrived promptly, were packaged adequately ,and are OK in terms of thickness and softness. There was another brand that was cheaper. I would have ordered that one but it was sold out. This product cost more but is still a good price.

This was not even close to being double rolls!! I should send them back but due to virus situation will probably keep the rolls! However, I am calling the Charming number on the back of the rolls and will definitely let them know my feelings.. I will also contact Amazon when and if I can get through to them. There is enough misrepresentation on products as it is and also a lot of price gouging on items showing up on Amazon websites mainly through third part sellers. This should not be allowed no matter what the world situations are.!!!

Ignore other reviewers. These ARE double rolls. I think other reviewers are used to Mega rolls. These fit older toilet paper holders that were designed before everything became super-sized. Same softness & high quality TP that Charmin is known for. (Yes, Mega rolls are less expensive, but they also can damage the drywall behind your TP holder, if you have to force it on because it's too wide - not a cheap repair!)

Ahhhhh. Not sure what to write here. It does that thing that it does well. I review most everything. I think TP is where I draw the line.
