I use the 25mm size to protect barrel extensions during shipping, and after many thousands of shipments, I have never had a single one damaged in transit. That kind of track record speaks for itself. They’re inexpensive, install quickly, stay in place, and provide exactly the protection they’re supposed to. When you’re shipping precision-machined parts, preventing damage isn’t optional, and these have proven themselves over and over again. The plastic is durable enough to withstand the abuse of normal shipping and handling, yet easy to remove when the item reaches its destination. There isn’t much else to say. They do their job flawlessly, and they’ve saved me from countless potential headaches.

I think these are great. I bought a pack of 8mm caps to cover the ends of Hornady primer tubes which are supplied with the Hornady primer filler product. For some bizarre reason they come without an end, creating a risk of dumping the entire tube. Great solution for this problem and the 8mm size fits on easily and with enough resistance that there is little risk of dumping while not so great that its tough to remove. I modified several of my original Hornady primer pickup tubes to add to the two that come with the filler, works great there as well.

The size they advertised was large then reported. I re-ordered a small size. waiting for delivery

Finally found caps that fit 1/2" emt conduit. Why is it so hard? These fit perfectly. Could be thicker, but will do.

I bought these to be used as caps for partially used fountain pen ink cartridges. These rubber caps fit tightly over the open end of an ink cartridge when you are done with a cartridge but there is still ink in it; no waste of ink. Because there are different size ink cartridges I purchased both 6mm & 7mm size pouches of the caps. The size is based on the inner size of the cap and outer size of the ink cartridge, which is a better way to measure and use.

Ok for the price. Good length but a little larger than advertised. Work good with a little glue.

The mid-2000 version of the Bertha storm panel bolt consisted of a 1/4-20 threaded screw, a hex head and a 1/4" lag bolt (see my photos). These came with a white vinyl cap to protect the threaded part only. After so many years in the Florida sun these caps became brittle and very difficult to remove. They also did not protect the hex head. So after many years near salt water these heads started to corrode. A good portion of my house is now dark grey and I did not want to see a bunch white caps sticking out all over the place. Therefore I chose to use the Jocon black 10mm caps to cover both the threads and the hex head. Although their 9mm cap provided a slightly tighter fit around the hex head, the 9 mm cap is too short for these bolts. The 10 mm caps aren't quite as tight but I haven't had any fall off even in direct sunlight and 90+ temperatures. I also froze a few in my freezer and they stayed put. The inside length up to the tip is about 0.78".

Ok, quickly on the item. If they fit your bolt these should be great. They are pretty flexible and I use them as a liquid tight seal over a squeeze bottles. Now....for the review system.....why would "warmth" have a star rating? If there is anything on your body other than a tooth that this would fit over, you have bigger (smaller?) problems! But seriously....just weird. Good product though.
