Very Good Product for our Avian Friends
Much hardier blend than other competitors bulk bags with more quality ingredients that birds prefer. Over the winter the significant variety of birds were on the feeder throughout the day. I felt the price was reasonable for the contents provided.

A Great Mix For Birds and Squirrels!
This is pricey for 10 lbs, so I switch up different kinds and often make a mixture of 2 or 3. But I must say, this has the largest sunflower seeds of them all, plus it's a crowd-pleaser when you have a big assortment of birds at your feeders. Today I realized at 5pm that I forgot to feed the birds (and squirrels because I can't leave them out). It is so cold out and all the more I wanted to get out there before dark to put feed out for at least the next morning. I really felt badly that the day was almost done for them and no food was there. THEN I opened the door and there was my delivery of this wonderful mix, with a bunch of pals all around the slightly opened box into which probably the squirrel that was there feasting opened. Honestly it was a sight for sore eyes, and I didn't mind at all. The squirrel saved the day and all is well! He did me a favor. Lol

Not Really 100% Real Fruit, Nuts, and Seeds
The package says "100%..." Well, NOT QUITE 100%... Pennington is a good name, so when I found this and it was cheaper than my usual brand AND purports to be a healthy seed blend... I jumped at it. Then I realized why it may have been cheaper than my usual brand. It has a FAR HIGHER percentage of sticks, twigs, bark, and other such inedible debris than ANY OTHER brand I have bought. I was shocked. The pictures are of 1) a cup of seed, out of the middle of the bag (not the top or the bottom of the bag), 2) that same cup in the feeder with the sticks, twigs, bark, and other bits pulled out and, 3) that collection of sticks, twigs, bark, and other such bits in the cup. As you can see, there is a significant percentage of the 100% real fruit, nuts, and seeds that are actually sticks, twigs, bark, and other such inedible bits... I am somewhat disappointed.
