Simply outstanding quality, gourmet pork crackling, double hand-cooked, using select cuts of rind to deliver a mouth-watering pork snack experience.
- DOUBLE HAND COOKED PORK CRACKLING - NOT PORK SCRATCHINGS – Our hand cooking technique, combined with clean ingredients, has been developed over 4 generations of pork snack makers, using trusted sources to deliver a truly excellent pork crackling taste.
- VERY LOW CARB, KETO FRIENDLY, LOW SUGAR SNACK – pork crackling is an ideal tasty low carb, high protein keto & paleo friendly alternative to other salty snacks, benefitting from fewer carbohydrates and a high content of protein. Fifty-nine percent of the fat is unsaturated with most of that as oleic acid, the same healthy fat found in olive oil.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these contain msg?**
A: Yes. Also avoid buying, smell and taste rancid.

**Q: How many carbs are in the salt and vinegar please**
A: Less than 0.84g per 28g portion bag.

**Q: Do these have a decent crunch like normal pork scratchings?**
A: Pork Scratchings are made from a different rind, and cooked once. Typically they are quite hard to bite.

Our products are Pork Crackling - we used a different rind, which is more expensive, and we cook our product twice. This gives a nice crunch, without fear of loosing your teeth, but slightly more supple than Scratchings.

**Q: When is expiry date of the product**
A: Current should be Sept / Oct 22
