Very soft and warm!! I LOVE IT! *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2018* This coat is keeping me warm! Great fit and has enough room for me to layer underneath. I got the navy color in size small. I stand about 5’3 and the length covers my bum. The body is lined and fabric is super soft! It’s very comfortable to wear which is why I love to wear this when I go outside when the weather is around 50degrees Fahrenheit. I want other colors! Highly recommend!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Size 3X *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2019* I like the design of the coat, soft and warm. I wish a 3X still wasn’t tight on my hips but it was still cute. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed with Customer Service *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2019* I am updating a recent review, we recieved the coat and loved it, it fit great for my 5'4", ~115lb daughter, but there was a small defect. When we tried to return we got a different coat, but decided an additional return wasn't worht the hassle and decided to keep the first one. I admit I was not happy with the initial experience. However, I am giving a better review because this company, I feel has gone way above what I've expected in customer support. They have been persistent in making it right, I did not want a replacement as they suggested, because I didn't want any more back and forth, but when I suggested a modest % off in the cost, they agreed and immediately my account was credited, for even a little more than I asked. Thank you. And good luck to this new company. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/101649308-facitisuwomens-winter-warm-jacket-long-down-faux-fur-hooded-quilted](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/101649308-facitisuwomens-winter-warm-jacket-long-down-faux-fur-hooded-quilted) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
