LOCK LACESfor Boots (Elastic No Tie Boot Laces)

I broke a thumb, so can't tie normal laces, these are great. Easy to use & don't seem to come loose. I cut mine down a lot- to use with my shallow boots (in pic) They're very long laces, so I'd guess they'd work with pretty much any boot, even really high ankle hiking boots. I actually find my boots more comfortable to wear with these laces, because there is give in the laces, there's not the pressure on the front of my foot when I bend my foot walking... There are cheaper elastic laces, but I presume these are better quality (?)Overall. I'm extremely happy with these. I'm ordering some more, because even when I can tie normal laces again, these give a worthwhile boost in comfort.

Pros's:Easy to install.Makes slipping the boots on and off much easier than using laces.Seem pretty strong.Cons:Not as tight as laces.You'll need to pull them so tight when putting them on that they won't slip off easily so you'll have to undo the toggle each time you take the boots off.Because you need to pull them so tight you'll need to leave enough slack on the ends to be able to loosen them off to take the boots off so you have to find a solution to tidying up the long amount of excess lace. I personally jam it down inside the boot but this can be uncomfortable and they do pop out sometimes while walking.Would I buy them again? Yes.

Great pair of laces for my walking boots. I am unable to do up my laces due to only having full use of one arm following an accident. I was embarrassed that my wife had to tie them up for me. Sometimes too tight or loose. These have solved the embarrassment and helped me get back another piece of independence

Perfect length elastic laces for winter ankle boots. I was looking for long enough laces for winter snow boots, as a lot of others appear to be shorter. The elesric is also nice and tight. Clip holding the laces tight is sufficiently strong with unnoticable slip once done up . Pricey for what they are as paid about £12 for them. However if you have a child that hates laces then these are your solution.

My brother suffered from a stroke when he was young, so he always wanted to be independent when it came to two handed tasks.I wanted to surprise him with this. It was very easy to install, and it made me so happy knowing he was also happy to be finally independent for this job too. Great value for money. Will be purchasing more soon for his other shoes.
