This bracket snapped right into the NVG mount without any difficulties and it appeared sturdy. When I went to remove it, one of the three plastic fingers snapped in half. I didn't muscle it off because it comes right out. Very little pressure was applied to the bracket. I'm glad it broke in my living room and not on the field and given how brittle the plastic is, it's only a matter of time until something breaks on it. I cannot recommend this bracket.

This works exactly as I had anticipated

I used this to make a custom mount for my night vision binoculars. Now I can mount them on my PASGT helmet with ease.

Good value for the money, it gets loose now and then.

Love how you can put it on and off with any problems

I put this on my kiteboarding helmet to hold my go pro while I kite in the ocean. It stayed on great and worked how I wanted it to, taking go pro video while I was kiting.

Cheaper plastic material. Not what i expected. I dont exactly trust it so i have to tie down my go pro with 550.
