My family from mainland spend the holidays with us in Puerto Rico. Ordered these items for my home and for them so they can plug the Belletek anywhere around the island (in my home, because of constant breeze and wind, we barely see mosquitoes, but just in case). I don't know if there were no mosquitoes, or was the Belletek Pest Control, but no one was "kissed" by a mosquito. I am inclined to believe that the Belletek work. Happy and illness free. Thanks!

When i first plugged it in, i saw that the spiders were still around and that the device wasnt working. Now that the repellent has been plugged in for 2 weeks ive seen no mice or spiders. I realised that on the product description that it states that the pest may increase at the beginning while the ultrasonic waves start to kick in. I would definitely buy more but just give it a few weeks to see the difference. Great repellent!!

I like the fact that there is a light on the unit that shows exactly what it is doing. As it is silent to humans the light is a reassurance that the unit is working properly.I do not want to set traps but this will deter mice from the area.They look well made.
