What a great seasoning! A friend introduced me to Suya seasoning and gifted me a bit from a different brand sold at an African market in town. Once I ran out, I was So glad to find this product as a replacement. It’s a little different but still tastes delicious and feels authentic. I use it in everything and can’t wait to order more seasonings from Iya.

I like the flavor and mix... but the spice level is a Lil too much.

I decided to start my home made Suya since I couldn't get anything that closely tastes like the Nigerian Northern Suya I was used to. The only problem was; where do I get real Suya spice. So I decided to try the Iya foods Suya steak since I had been buying their other products. I must say it is the real deal. Every ingredient its made of seems to be in the right proportion including the peppers. The only down side was it finished so quickly.

The piripiri seasoning has the right amount of kick without the overwhelming salt content of similar seasoning mixes. The Suya seasoning was tasty too.

Good taste but a bit too spicy. Worked out well. I used a charcoal grill to make the suya. I would buy again. Thanks

This does not taste like suya. There is a very dull hint of the suya taste but its not even close. Don't waste your money, you will regret it as I have. And the ziplock function to seal the bag back up doesn't work. Such a frustrating buy!

I like that it’s not salty. You can dictate your salt level by adding the amount you want. And for non-salt lovers this is a perfect spice. The flavor is good. Just give it a taste before you cook with it.
