Great sock for someone with thinner leg base

Bought these for myself, but ended up giving them to my girl. They are very much snug around the top of the ankle area. If you zoom in the picture provided you can see that it has major elastic. Great sock for someone with thinner leg base. Super comfy, good material, snug if you like that feeling in a sock. I'd order the largest size available if you can.
