Helps avoid overcooking food
Due to hygiene concerns, I used to overcooked my meat dishes especially Chicken because of fear of Salmonella poisoning concerns. But in that process, the chicken used to get dry and chewy. Now I use this thermometer and stop cooking exactly when the temperature is around 74° Celsius. Ensures juicy chicken everytime. Works great for maintaining oil temperature as well for deep frying

Quite good. Gives temperature, maybe within 5C. Checked with alcohol thermometer upto 100C. Quite sturdy.

Great investment
Works as intended. I have used it for chicken tikka. Internal temperature should be 72-75°C for juicy ones that explode in ur mouth and this device has been the best investment I have ever made. Hope it lasts long.
