Look, we're being inundated by RGB lights at every turn. I have them everywhere, and they are the most useless, and yet coolest technology to come along in years. When I first took out the Aokely py36 LED Night Light Mood Lamp I turned it on and held it in my hand. It was like some special effect in a movie. It's not as cool as the Tesseract, but I wouldn't want all of the baggage that comes along with that device anyway.The colors are vibrant, and when you turn the lights out, and leave it on fade, they have a sweet soothing effect. But go ahead and break out your wine, and put on some Barry White while this pulses in the background. Treat yourself.While this is rechargeable, I just leave it plugged in all of the time now. It saves me the hassle of turning it on, and the light is dead. I think this got a very respectable 15 or so hours.I may have to get another one just so this guy has a friend.

This is a really really cool lamp. It is a 4" sturdy plastic cube with a silver handle on top to carry it or to hang it. It comes with a power cable (but no wall charger, my kindle charger and my phone charger both worked) and a remote. It charges fully in about an hour and a half and each charge lasts for about 8 hours of use. It glows red when plugged in and not charged, and turns blue when it is charged. The remote works well, but if you don't want to use it there is a button on top to cycle through the colors and modes (hold it down to turn it off). Using the remote, you can adjust the brightness of this lamp as well so that it can be a dim night light, or a lamp bright enough to read by. it has 13 distinct colors, and you can choose any one of them or you can auto cycle through the colors either with a fade or a blink. Really Really neat!

The Aokely py36 LED Night Light Mood Lamp is a very neat and good looking mood light. The design is simple yet attractive. It really looks nice without being lit. But the colored light options are so very nice. Not only are there several options but each one looks great and is eye catching. This is a battery powered lamp so you need to charge it 2-4 hours for it to be full and it is good for about 18 hours use. And I got about that. Do know, that when it is turned off, the battery still drains. I use it at work on my desk and turned it off on a Friday, came back on Monday and it was dead. I don't think there would be any harm to use this plugged in all the time. But I think primarily, this is great for parties and events and using a set of them. With the battery life, it is perfect for these kinds of events.

You will have a lot of fun with this Aokely LED Night Light Mood Lamp. Its simple to charge and easy to use. The provided remote changes the cubes color and flash tempo. You have to play with it for a few minutes, but you'll get the hang of the remote and max distance the remote is effective at. It's about 6 ft approx.The cube can glow for 10 hrs in a single charge. I like that you can recharge this cube and not have to go hunting down fresh batteries. BONUS.I cannot say enough good things about this cube. For it's size, it does emit a pretty bright glow in absolute darkness.Great Value product. Good Buy

No much to say except it works as advertised and is fun to use. Place it in a dark spot at a party and it draws attention to itself. Battery operated or keep it plugged in if possible - it will last long enough for your guests to leave at the end of the party. Interesting remote you can choose numerous colors or have it switch between them all.

(actually it has a bunch of other colors too!)easy to install, remote works as expected,. the material has a nice texture, lights up on all sides. Has a hanging hook on the bottom.My only complaint is that when you plug the charger in on the bottom, it no longer sits flush on a surface., It would nice if the outlet were recessed to solve this.

This night light is a little smaller than I expected, but is perfectly adequate. I love how many color options there are. I love that the colors can fade, strobe, or flash. I love how bright it is as well.I would like the battery to last longer. I would also like to use the remote from further away. Otherwise, this is exactly as I would have expected.

This plastic cube light doesn't look like much, but my kids love it and have bickered over who gets to keep it since it arrived. Until we order another, they are taking turns.The remote control turns it off and on and changes the color of the cube. It makes a fun little nightlight or decorative feature in a kid's room or bathroom. Easy to use.
