Suave Professionals Smoothing Conditioner, Keratin Infusion 12.6 Ounce

This conditioner makes my very dry frizzy Florida hair feel silky smooth as good as the more expensive luxury brands. And it doesn’t weigh my hair down- it rinses out quite well. The only irrelevant drawback is that I wish the pump would pump out more I find myself playing whackamole with the dispenser to get out what I need.

I got this because I'd seen it in a friend's bathroom and her hair always looks great! It never occurred to me that there might be different types, so I'd just clicked on this because the price was right and I wanted to treat myself to something new. So, when it arrived, it says it's for frizzy/unmanageable hair, and I have fine/straight hair. I tried it anyway, and it works just fine!! The best part? It smells absolutely DELICIOUS! It's something between exotic spices and feminine floral - and guess what? My friend complimented my smooth, pretty hair the next time I saw her! (I confessed everything to her!) The bottom line is that it's a great buy and I'm going to get more when I run out!

This stuff is surprisingly good. My hair is absolutely destroyed from health reasons, mostly--DRYYY, brittle, breaking off--and this stuff actually does help. I use a lot of other products, too, but this is something the works enough that I continue to use it. If it can be helpful to me, it has GOT to be helpful to people with average hair issues!

DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY!!! I would give this product 0 stars if I could. I purchased this product at a local store and my two daughters and I used it for a little over two months. At first, I did notice that my hair was smoother and shiny. After the first month of use, I noticed a lot of hair breaking while I was combing the conditioner through my hair and during brushing. I thought the damage was from my flat iron, so first I cut about 8 inches off my hair to deal with the damaged ends (it had been over 6 months since my last haircut) and then stopped using the blow dryer and flat iron for a month. However, the breakage continued and started to alarm me. What tipped me off that the damage was being caused by the SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER was I noticed my 9-year-old's hair starting to break like crazy and I saw lots of flyaways in her waist-length hair. Her hair has NEVER broken like that before. She NEVER heat styles her hair (not even with a blow dryer) and NEVER uses styling products. After doing some Internet research, I discovered many other women having the same trouble with this shampoo and its accompanying conditioner. I even read about some women's hair falling out in clumps! JUST TO BE CLEAR: I am NOT confusing this product with Suave's 30-day Keratin Smoothing System, which has been discontinued. I also spoke with two stylists and was told that ANY Keratin shampoo will make your hair dry, brittle, and breakage prone after prolonged use because the Keratin builds up on the hair shaft. When I look at the broken hair that comes from my scalp, I can see the build-up and no, it's NOT the root. Now when I pull my hair back into a ponytail, there are all kinds of flyaways from broken hair and it just looks terrible. It's back to As I AM's Coconut Cowash for me! I will NEVER buy a Suave product again, nor will I allow a Keratin product to touch my hair EVER. I contacted the company and was sent a letter stating their products are "tested for mildness and gentleness" and they had "no idea" what could have caused my problems and that I "should consult with a licensed hair care professional to see what could have caused the problem and how to correct it." Then they sent me some coupons for free products like that was going to pacify me! NOT GOOD ENOUGH UNILEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had thought my teenage daughter had escaped the terrible "side effects" of these HORRIBLE products, but no. Her hair ended up breaking like crazy with continued usage. Her hair is a different texture than my and my younger daughter's hair. My teenager's hair is thick and straight, while my and my younger daughter's is thinner and very wavy. DO NOT BUY this unless you are TRYING to go bald!!

Bought this and tried it on my hair because I'm having lots of split ends. It is too early to say if that will help or not, but I can say that I love the smell and how it makes my hair feel. I will buy this again.

poor nutrition, bad hair products and chemical coloring of my hair had turned it into a frizzy mess. It wasn't exactly dry as much as it just seemed to be thinner and more prone to breakage even near the roots. i have been using this and the suave keratin shampoo for about a year and my hair is so much better. Yes, I also think better nutrition for the last couple of years is helping too, but on the few occasions when I have used other products, my hair has definitely not looked as good as it does when I use this and then let my hair dry naturally without brushing it.

This product is amazing for the price. My hair is really dry and so fine that if I condition then it’s so flat. This product gave me amazing hair. This goes a long way, like 4 months. Repurchasing it the third time! Go with any shampoo but this conditioner is a MUST

A great conditioner. My hair is so silky soft and manageable after using this. It’s so damaged from bleaching, I am happy to have something that helps me deal with the tangles.

This stuff is great. Wish I could buy in my area.
