I can swim again!
I was a gold medal U.S. Masters competition swimmer. Started having knee problems, turns out I have a torn meniscus and some other issues. Surgery is not an option at this time. But I couldn't swim and land based stuff was even worse. I bought this and I am now back in the pool and training again. I love the way it feels and it doesnt impede my movement at all. It provided light compression to stabilize me knee and keeps the knee warm. Only recommendation I would have is if you are between sizes (i.e. at the top of one and bottom of the next one up) get the smaller size. These are totally true to size BUT in the water it will expand just a bit and so if you are at the low end of the large, for example, get the medium. Love this product. Without it, I wouldn't be able to swim.

A movie mainly for fans, but with an exceptional performance
The 1929 talkie Mexicali Rose is a tragedy produced by then–Poverty Row studio Columbia Pictures, probably as a B picture. As the eponymous heroine, Barbara Stanwyck has never been sexier on screen. It was her second talkie, but she already understood the importance of underplaying her role in a way few screen actresses did at the end of the 1920s. Stanwyck smoulders rather than flames, making her character seem like a real person, even (on some level) an innocent person. Yes, as early as 1929 it's appropriate to talk about levels of character psychology in Stanwyck's rich and sympathetic portrayal of someone who, in today's America is commonly referred to as a sl*t (that is, as a person without psychological levels). Her final scene might be just a bit too underplayed, but at the same time there's nothing fake or hammy about it. And even though it was just 1929, that final scene may have been suggested by Breen or someone like him who believed that American society cannot tolerate women comfortable with their bodies. In other words, when the final scene was shot, Stanwyck may not have known that the story would be a tragedy. Just a thought. In later years Stanwyck referred to Mexicali Rose as “the worst film ever made.” That's way too subjective. She's amazing in this film, even before Capra coached her (the next year) on technical aspects of acting for a camera. Costar Sam Hardy plays the role of a Greek chorus well, without ever bringing something to the part that is not inherent in the script. No Bogart he! The romantic male lead, William Janney, cannot act and does so enthusiastically. There are a lot of Mexicans; they are all cartoons, some fat and moustachioed, some thin and clean shaven. Many of their lines include “Vamos!” As for the print distributed by Alpha's Classics Collection: if you like sharp images, this release is best viewed on a wristwatch. Several fragmentary silent insertions show that some attempt has been made to approximate the original edit, and for this we can be thankful (in addition to being thankful that anything at all survives). In sum, this film is remembered for and this release is published for fans of Barbara Stanwyck. Long may they wave.

Product is Good - Like It!
I measured above my knee and the dimension clearly indicate size large but after trying 3 days I realize I need a medium. Once in the water the sleeve rolls up back of thigh rating my skin. Also the fit below the knee is not sufficiently fitting. I am returning and ordering a medium.

No support-cheap material
I have a torn meniscus waiting on surgery, have a brace I where throughout the day that is great, but wanted a different one for the boat. Took this one out of the package fit was correct but no support, feels cheap, does not stay in place. I did read several reviews and they are up and down on this product, so I took a chance hopefully if you read this review you will continue on a try a different knee brace.

Works great!
I used this for several months swimming laps in the pool 3x a week for 30 to 60 minutes and it fit well. I did put it in a ringer once & I think that might have weakened it a little bit so I air dried it after that. However it still fit well. Over time it would slide down occasionally but nothing significant. I’m extremely happy with the purchase & would buy it again.

Not good for competitive swimmers
I'm a Masters swimmer who hurt my knee and needed a little reinforcement. (3K workout 3-4x a week) My thigh at where they specified to measure was 18.5 in, so since I wanted it a bit snug, I got the large (16.5-18.5 in). Week 1 it worked great. Week 2 it needed to be pulled up every once in a while. Week 3 it needed pulling up every 100. Week 4 it lost all integrity and no longer provides any support and fell off. Maybe I should've gone 2 sizes too small or something but I had higher hopes for this product given the price. It's ok on land, but there's lots of knee braces cheaper and better for the land. Can't recommend for swimmers.

Product ok, slow delivery
Product was good but didn’t fit as it’s too large. Was told 14 days for delivery but took 3 weeks. Communication with seller was good.

Expensive, but it’s a good knee support in the pool.
This knee support is excellent for the swimming pool. I’ve seen reviews / photo's of it being pulled apart by its seams, but if it’s put on before you go in the pool on a dry leg and dry brace it works perfectly. Measure your thigh above the knee to buy the right fit and it works as designed. Not cheap, it was a financial hit but I’m glad I bought it.
