not working. only momentary flash and then goes OFF.Chasing amazon and supplier to get technical support to get this item in working condition.we moved recently to new house- we installed it after 1 month hence not able to replace this item.any pointer to technical team will be great help.

Worse Installation and set up
Incredibly disappointed with the product! The installation of the design is just stupid and not thought through! The ability to add the crystals to the unit (if you can install it flush to the ceiling) is so small it is impossible.
