Perfect for our needs - 8 months after purchase
We purchased an office chair with a plastic base as the chair itself was very comfortable but unfortunately the base gave way as the housing for the casters broke, rendering the chair useless/unsafe! So we bought this metal refurbishment kit in August 2023 and so far it has held strong! The product was a perfect fit, easy to assemble and of a good quality. Very happy with our purchase.

Great chair base replacement!
Came earlier than expected! I bought this as my old chair base kept scraping and damaging the floor. I didnt want to get rid of the whole chair as its very expensive. I replaced the part with this one and its perfect! - Note that it does not come with any bolts or screws or any install tools. I had them already so it was fine for me.

Waste of money
Disgusted. Not even a year and again the gas cylinder has stopped working. This is the second time I've.replqced the enire base set as the gas cylinder DOES NOT COME OUT of the wheel base so it cannot be replaced. One has to.repace the entire wheel base. I use my chair daily for work. Won't be using this company again.

Purchased before Christmas but didn’t use till recently and broke in first week ….. too late to return so has gone in bin.
