Lost 5lbs in 4 weeks and increase muscle % using RENPHO scale, Theraband Latex bands, push ups and slow carb diet with Kettlebells swings as documented in Tim Ferris 4 Hour body book. 10 minutes in morning before waking up thr kids. 1 hour hot yoga class on sat. Results are impressive. Going for another 5lbs as I turn near the mid forties in age. Could be in the best shape of my life. Everything found on amazon except for the yoga class!

Item came in a properly cushioned box. However, when I took the product out, two sides seemed to have been hit against something and there are brown scuff marks on the plastic cover and on the weights itself. The top portion of the adjustable part of the weight is made of plastic, held together with a flimsy metal coil which popped off when I first tried to adjust it. Overall, this product appears to be poorly made, and seems unstable to me, and looks unsafe. I will not use it.
