Coat arrived folded and creased which was disappointing . Material is soft, felty and looks ok, much better than I expected for the price and arrives with a little tag that explains " your coat will arrive creased" and the simple steps to remedy this, I thought a trip to a dry cleaners and the expense of steaming it but a hot iron an a damp cloth and ten minutes later all creases gone and I have very warm (has a padded lining) classy and super cheap coat. And fit too, I'm 38" and medium is perfect Really pleased with speed of delivery and quality for the money. Great coat

Bought for my16 year old son and it transformed him into a smart respectable young man! Actually says 80% wool on the label. Kind of shocked it's such good quality. Very soft material and warm quilting inside. He says it's soooo comfy and it has a flattering cut too. It makes his shoulders look wider and his waist slim. Bought so he can be smart and respectful at a funeral, but he wants to wear it all the time as it's a good winter coat. Looks good with a hoodie too. Needed an iron though.

Good value for money but either the wrong size labelled and sent or they fit them on children. Way too small for an adult human of the size requested.

The coat is absolutely gorgeous and warm. Nice heavy coat that keeps the wind out. Only bug is that the size was not broad enough and I had to send it back for a larger size.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the coat, although it was described as a wool coat the fabric was more like a felt. It arrived looking like a dishrag and although it was hung up for a couple of days the creases didn't drop out. The coat was also too small and was returned without fuss.

I ordered this in XL, which I do for most of my clothes (I can sometimes squeeze into L's though) and found it was a bit tight around the waist, and the arms felt especially tight. Still usable, but a little tight and a bit short compared to the rest of it.Quality seems decent, it certainly has a nice weight to it and feels nice to the tough. It also felt quite warm for the brief time I had it on, so hopefully it'll be just as useful when out and about.

When I ordered this item, it had “cashmere”in the title, it seems as if it has been removed since, well it was only in the title, as no cashmere in the coat! It arrived very creased, rough to the touch, looking baggy, for the price, I should have known... did not even tried it on, returned straight away.

Lovely warm and cosy long coat with a soft feel to it. Very warm. As a larger gentleman with a 48 chest the xxl fitted well even around the arms wheee most coats can be tight
