How does this compare to Morton's Coarse Kosher Salt?

The label reads packaged in US. Where does it originate from?

Called Olde Thompson company. Regarding their 7 lb bulk size (minced) garlic, their employee Debbie Harrison states in written email: "The garlic is from the United States." ... "Yes, California". If that is indeed true, it makes the item (at $7.14/lb) an extraordinary bargain, indeed. I do not personally notice any difference between their 7 lb (minced) and their 22.1 oz (granulated) packages of garlic products. Good stuff !

Where is the salt from in the Mediterranean?

The label says "Salt is a product of Italy, Spain and Turkey". We use it in an electric grinder, and think it's great!
