nice quality lamp and shade
This lamp is nice quality if you are not expecting a metal lamp stand (it's ceramic). And this particular shade is beautiful. I accidentally vacuumed over the cord. When I took the lamp base into a small antique lamp repair shop for a new cord, the repair person remarked on how nice quality it was.

Artistic piece for room
Brightly colored well cut glass pieces make up the lamp shade. It is enjoyable to look at when unlit or lit. Heavy base makes it stable. Art and furniture combined in one.

Beautiful lamps but make sure you measure.
This is a beautiful lamp and I was sorry to have to return it. I actually bought 2 thinking to put them on my new dresser but they were too big. The height was good but they took up too much space. I struggled with the number of stars to give because they were beautiful but didn't fit my needs. If you ask were they beautiful I would say yes. If you ask could I use them the answer is no.
