It’s perfect for soccer drills, footwork exercises, and overall fitness. The rungs are sturdy and evenly spaced, and the whole ladder lays flat on any surface without slipping. I also love that it comes with a convenient carry bag, making it easy to transport to practices or workouts. Whether you’re training for speed or just improving coordination, this ladder is a solid, durable choice. Highly recommend! Review: Improves Footwork, Easy to Carry, and Great Value - Improves Footwork, Easy to Carry, and Great Value I’ve had the Yes4All agility ladder for years now, and it’s been one of those simple pieces of equipment that actually gets a lot of use. I originally picked it up for soccer and general footwork drills, but it’s worked just as well for other sports and even as part of home workout routines. The ladder lays flat on most surfaces—grass, turf, pavement, or indoors on a mat—and doesn’t tangle when unrolled. The rungs are adjustable, which makes it easy to set different spacing for kids versus adults. It comes with a carry bag that makes transport and storage painless. Setup literally takes seconds—just unroll it and go. The nylon straps and plastic rungs are lightweight but hold up surprisingly well. For casual use, they’ve lasted without issue. If you’re using it heavily with a team or large group, you’ll notice the rungs slide if they’re bumped repeatedly, but that’s easy to fix by taping or gluing them into position once you find the spacing you prefer. This ladder has been helpful not just for athletic training but also for warmups, coordination work, and even some physical therapy exercises. It’s versatile, packs small, and the price is hard to beat compared to more expensive branded versions. Bottom line: A simple, effective, and affordable agility ladder that’s easy to set up, store, and carry—perfect for personal training, kids’ sports, or anyone looking to add quickness drills to their workouts. ## Features - BUILDING UP SPEED FOR ANY SPORT: Agility ladder and hurdles are great for a variety of sports, improving coordination, agility, great warm up exercises tool for soccer, football, basketball, tennis, and physical training - BOOST FOOTWORK FOR VARIOUS TRAINING LEVEL: Exercise ladder is designed with 8, 12, and 20 rungs; Rung-to-rung distance can be adjusted up to 15 inches, making soccer equipment suitable for different skill sets levels; Instruction is included - DURABLE FOR LONG TERM USE: Fitness agility ladder features a durable nylon construction and sturdy plastic rungs, making football ladder lay well, suitable for a variety of agility training exercises - EASY TO CARRY: Convenient carrying case is included for easier storage, making footwork ladder ideal both indoor and outdoor; Speed ladder is beneficial for athletes to maintain mobility - FAST SET UP: Simply loosen the straps and rungs to set up on surfaces; Rung ladder doesn't take up much space but fun for training; A training ladder for footwork is a gift for soccer athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00B8LEBB4 | | Best Sellers Rank | #61,714 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #40 in Sports Agility Ladders | | Brand Name | Yes4All | | Color | E. 12 rung - Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (11,879) | | Date First Available | January 31, 2013 | | Item Dimensions LxWxH | 17 x 2.75 x 1.75 inches | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 20.87 x 2.36 x 2.36 inches | | Item Weight | 0.5 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Yes4All | | Material | Plastic | | Model Name | C954 | | Model Year | 2013 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Weight | 0.54 Kilograms | | Part Number | C954 | | Size | 15 feet | | Sport Type | Soccer | | Style | 12 Rungs | | Suggested Users | Unisex-Adult | | Warranty Description | 30 DAYS RETURN & 1 YEAR WARRANTY | ## Images ![Yes4All Agility Ladder Speed Training Equipment, Adjustable Football Ladder for All Ages with Carry Bag, Durable, Portable, Multiple Colors & Rungs - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61hS6toMgnL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: can the snaps on the end be used to attcah another ladder to make it longer?** A: No the snaps are used to store the ladder in a compact position, so it fits into the storing bag. The size between the rungs can be ajusted though, by sliding the rungs up or down along the ladder. **Q: What is the width of the ladder?** A: Dear Chris, the width is 17". Hope this helps. **Q: where is it made?** A: Unfortunately, it does not say on the product or anywhere on the description. If your are worried about the quality, don't be. I have been using it for over a month now and it is still very sturdy and in good quality. **Q: I notice buttons in each rung. How easy to unravel and repackage? Better or worse than those that kinda just slide open and close? Thanks.** A: The buttons are to connect one ladder to another ( if you buy another) . To storage it and put back in the little back that comes with it is easy, you just need to fold it . But , prepare yourself to untangle it . It really happens easily. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Agility Ladder – Great Quality and Easy to Use! *by K***A on July 27, 2025* This Yes4All agility ladder has been a great addition to my training routine. More rungs and feet long is better. Your coach will have better but he's running 10 people through and has to expect people feet to hit often. Find a Youtube to see all the ways you use to be fast on feet and print a cheat sheet from web to reference until you memorize. It's great exercise.. Assuming not so old and frail falling might break a hip.. WOULD BE GREAT for older people.. Everyone loses mobility, ballance and timing from only stand + walk in a straight line. ** put your right foot in, take the foot out.. do the hokey pokey and shake you body out. but seriously a soccor training guy in YT will have over 25 variations and you wont even be able to do many of them w/o a lot of practice.. Make fun of dad and mom when they can't even do easy ones slow. ADD Coach yelling change pattern, a ball, hands touch gound, a squat or jump you never run out of exercises he can abuse you with ## Frequently Bought Together - Yes4All Ultimate Agility Ladder Speed Training Equipment - 8, 12, 20 Rungs with Multi Colors - Soccer and Football Training - Speed Ladder for Kids and Adults - Included Carry Bag - Dorsa Training Agility Cones, 50 pieces- Mix Color, Other, Multicolor - Fanryy Kid's Plastic Traffic Cones, 5 Colors - Pack of 10 (9in) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/10114762-yes4all-agility-ladder-speed-training-equipment-adjustable-football-ladder-all](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/10114762-yes4all-agility-ladder-speed-training-equipment-adjustable-football-ladder-all) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
