Item exactly as described:) Have seen others have concerns over skin turning colors...this is copper metal and will have a reaction with your sweaty skin as any other copper item. When it is exposed to air, it darkens or tarnishes, forming what is commonly referred to as copper “patina.” After prolonged contact with human skin where it can interact with air, sweat and other chemicals, such as soaps, lotions and makeup, copper can turn green or bluish-green, and stain the skin in the process.This shouldn't reflect negatively on the seller. There are no implied medicinal benefits from the seller's description either. I didn't want a copper ring with magnets, so I ordered this and am very satisfied with it. 6mm width was perfect for me as I have smaller men's hands than others and the 8mm I think would look too large on my finger. My gold wedding band wouldn't fit me anymore and I was going to get it sized larger because of weight gain. The sizing was going to costs more than this copper ring. Also, I work outside in different parts of the city, so if I get robbed, the crooks can have my $12 ring LOL.

I wear it constantly and it works to prevent the arthritis in my handsfrom hurting. I have found that if the pain gets worse I can add another ringto the finger that is hurting and within 24 hours I am fine again. Might not work for everyone butit works for me and the ring is lovely.
