Was suffering from inflamed/red bleeding gums after a recent hygienist appt who did not clean my teeth properly. I’ve only been using it for 3 days and can already see a difference! Great so far and doesn’t sting like other mouthwashes, aftertaste doesn’t bother me too much but can see why it can be off putting for others. Would recommend if you suffer from gum issues but also good to note that it’s not recommended to use after 4 weeks.

During covid-lockdown and suffering a lost filling, I've been rinsing my mouth with this to help subdue the nerve sensitivity. Used alongside a de-sensitising toothpaste, it has worked well. I gather that if your teeth are prone to tartar, it might stain but I didn't have any problems at all. The flavour is quite minty but very pleasant.

I frequently suffer from mouth ulcer. I have been getting them less often after I rinse my mouth with this mouthwash especially after eating something sour.

I suppose this mouthwash does work, leaving a refreshed, clean taste after use...but it has a very strong mint taste, which personally I don't like.
