Sovereign Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray - Circuits Components - 500ML Cans (1)

I was looking for an electrical contact cleaner to cure the crackles on a 1970s audio amplifier and had to admit that I had reservations as to why the Sovereign was cheaper than others on the market. In actual fact, I have found it to be just as good as its more expensive rivals. A few short sprays on some of the internal electrical connectors inside the amp cured the problem within minutes. The supplier packaged the can well and delivered rapidly.

Nothing to dislike I use it on all sorts of electrical items brings them back too life rejuvenates them even watches I remove the backs give it a squirt and they work

Worked well in dealing with an erratic volume control device in my ageing amplifier. Simple to use

good product but no straw

This is a workshop essential. So you need a large can of stuff that does the job fuss-free. This one is just that. I use it to clean contacts pre-soldering, blast dirt out of pots, eliminating buzz, and generally clean up circuits. The only improvement would be a nozzle, but I can workaround that at this price.

Bought to clean the crackling volume control on a 60 year old radio I'm restoring. This set has crackled for as long as I can remember. A quick shot with this spray and no more crackles. Highly recommended although doesn't come with a straw to aim the fluid.

Not as effective as I'd hoped for. It's definitely acidic as I got abit of over spray on my are and could feel the slight sting, so be careful as the spay is very powerful. My connection I was cleaning wasn't excessive in corrosion so thought this spray would be fine by itself, but I still had to use a brush.

Works like any decent contact cleaner but cheaper so all good
