Prompt delivery...I would have like that when the transfer from print film to DVD would have been digitized in visuals as well as sound.....but beggars can not be choosers...I am glad that I got to see it

The scenery is mostly in darkness but I will recomand this movie to every one. It came on time and in perfect condition. VTH.

Not the best Sarita Montiel that I have seen.

The reviews here are sort of confusing since some reviewers find the film great and others not so great.I believe the reason is that Amazon is shipping different copies of the same film to different customers and you can consider yourself lucky if they shipped you a decent copy. "Bésame" is the title used when the film directed by Henri Decoin was distributed in Latin America and in the U.S.A. Latin market. The original title is "Noches de Casablanca" (in Spain) or "Casablanca nid d'espions" (in France). Basically it is a love story taking place in Morocco during the dark and confusing days of World War II when espionage was rampant. Sarita Montiel is a singer who finds herself spying for the Nazis and falls in love with Maurice Ronet who is secretly working for the French Resistance. If Amazon ships you the DVD shown on this page you will get a lousy very dark copy which makes it difficult to distinguish the girls from the boys. I hope you receive a different copy since "Bésame" is worthy. Good luck!
