The Organic Face Luminous 100% All Natural Pressed Foundation Makeup - Ivory

2 months ago I found out that Organic doesn't mean that don't have other chemicals that are dangerous, I began to search almost all the chemicals in my shampoo, conditioner, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, powder foundation, polish nail, food ingredients, etc. HOLLY MOLLY I had a surprise!!!...and then we don't know why we are sick with cancer, kidney problems, nerves, etc... anyway, thanks to Dr. Google and EWG'S Skin Deep (cosmetics data base) I could do this job easy... My husband say: you have to choose your poison!... and he is right!jajajaja...In conclusion, talking about cosmetics, is true that we are beautiful natural, but helps a lot some really?...I choose this face luminous powder because the ingredients are safe, I'm using the eye shadow too and works really good for me and my teenager daughter ... I had some questions about the ingredients of the products, I wrote them and they answer to me fast and really helpful. Other's don't answer to me and don't put the ingredients. Always remember that sometimes we have to compromise in something to have others things better, like health. Take a time for you and research the ingredients of your products... I will love to help anybody if you have any question.

I purchased this powder because I was looking for an organic face powder without all of the added "crap" most over the counter products have. It works fairly well for me. I do have oily skin however, and my face is no longer matte by the end of the day if only applied once. My only issue was that it did not come with an applicator pad or brush. You can buy pads to apply it at your local drug store and reuse them by washing them with soap and water every so often. The powder was also cracked when I received it but I figure it happened during shipping and was not shipped out that was initially. I needed to use it right away so I didn't bother with trying to exchange it. Overall, I'm happy with the powder.

I feel good to use organic cosmetics.. sometime people won't spend little bit more to use the best thing for their body.. I tried this product the first time ( i was used other organic's band before ) i like this product, color as i expected and stay on longer. one thing i notice when i apply powder on my face is not spread out easy and isn't spread evenly. i wish powder little bit easy to spread .

Update: I received a replacement, but this time a toffee. I think I like it! Three shades darker than my caramel skin shade is just right for me in this brand.I am so disappointed with my order. I ordered an organic chocolate pressed foundation, however, the one I received looks lighter than caramel. I am caramel skinned but ordered chocolate because the caramel on display was looked too light.

Great color, coverage and controls shine. Would give 5 stars but 1st order, and the powder was all over, it states "pressed" not loose powder. Return in process, but I received my 2nd order today, and again the powder is broken in pieces. Not sure if I will go for try #3

Ordered the color TOFFEE which should be the darkest color. It arrived quickly and I love the packaging. The color, however, is not even close to what is pictured. If you are familiar with 100% Pure foundation in Cocoa, this shade is even lighter than that. Its also a very heavy product that enhances pores and doesn't sit well on the skin. It is also difficult to blend. I would not recommend this foundation to anyone even if the color matched perfectly.PS You guys should REALLY update your colors of the products!!! The TOFFEE shade is not representative AT ALL. There are many reviews speaking of the same so you know that I am not the only one. If a company actually cared enough, they would make sure that they are marketing the correct product.

The ingredients are very pure and natural. As for performance, the product blends seamlessly and naturally. I would not, however, call the coverage "foundation" level. Nonetheless, using a flat brush and applying until relatively full enough seems to work.

The color was good and I like the powder. Only giving it 3 stars because it came broken up, not compact. It makes such a mess.
