So glad I took the leap after being so disappointed in trying many products that turned out to be nothing but hype and marketing. This product is the only thing that has worked for me. I haven’t used this gel in years, but I enjoyed it when I did. I mainly wear my hair in its natural kinky curly state. So I preferred the sparklelite gel and ice pomade. Just looking at others reviews make me think that people don’t look at product details. This gel’s main function is to use as a blow dry styling aid. It is similar to Aquage Straightening Ultragel, SexyHair Big Blow Dry Volumizing Gel, and Redken Big Blowout Jelly. These type of gels are use to give control and light hold while blow drying the hair straight. It’s not going to perform as the typical heavyweight hard hold gel like Ecostyler or WetLine. Just because the front packaging says it controls frizzy, curly unruly hair does not mean it will do it like a normal hair gel. This gel could possible provide enough hold or a cast for very loose and fine curls.

This product does not work well on 4C coarse hair. I still had frizzy hair. I will not buy this product again. Sorry.

If u have curly hair, this stuff is the bomb. Get s rid of frizz and makes curls look so pretty. Know that you must wash every day after use, hair gets sticky.

This is my go to gel!

Ecostyler gel is just as good on curly hair and cheaper or let’s expensive for more product Not needed
