Amazing Cane!
I’ve had a few canes in my lifetime and this is by far the coolest, most compact and nicest one. I’m 30 years old but at the age of 13 was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. Canes have been in my life for a while now. I don’t use them everyday but do use them frequently when pain is bad. I’ve had many different types of canes foldable ones, stationary ones as well as the ones you get at the hospital you know which one I’m talking about, the ugly gray one. This cane caught my eye because of how it collapses as well as the color. I thought let me check it out and it is awesome. Very easy to open and collapse. Put it in my backpack and it very easy to travel with. Takes a bit to adjust for your height but once that’s done I’d doubt you’d have to adjust again unless you get taller. The reflector is pretty cool especially if you’re walking at night. The only thing that I will say about the cane that they should add is more grip on the handle. It comes with a height adjusting clip which like I said you’ll probably only use once as well as with an extra grip bottom and screw just in case you wear yours out or it gets damaged. The cane is also very light but feels sturdy when putting weight on it. Hoping it lasts me years to come.

Well, it works
So it's my first cane. Not that I really wanted it. But with my current state of unsteadiness thanks to a spinal issue, I felt I had to find something that would do the job yet still as not be so conspicuous when I didn't need it in certain situations, like when I'm seated. The collapsing feature is perfect in that respect; the cane downsizes itself to something shorter than the most compact umbrellas, making it unobtrusive when it's not in use. At that size I can put it in a backpack or my messenger bag.It did take me a bit to figure out how to get the cane adjusted to a more amenable extended length that plays better for my height. Me being one of those guys who never reads the owner's manual or user's guide certainly didn't help. But with tail tucked I did ultimately reference the user's manual and got the cane adjusted to a length that is more suitable for me. The design of the operating mechanism for extending the cane is a bit awkward to activate but it shouldn't tax one's dexterity too much, even for those who may have issues with arthritis and other forms of joint discomfort in the hands. It telescopically extends much like the legs of a tripod. The aluminum tubes that make up the individual shaft sections of the cane seem sturdy enough, though as lightweight as it is I wouldn't count on this cane being all that useful or durable if called up on as a defensive weapon to fend off an attacker. I would surmise that dents are a likely probability if this cane were to live a rough life. And if that's the case, so much for its further ability to collapse down to a small and tidy package.I agree with another reviewer about the amber reflector at the front of the handle; it looks dumb. Frankly if the maker was going to go to that extent to better improve a user's presence in low light conditions, why not just electrify the handle and put a LED light there? Now THAT would've been cool. However, probably asking for turn signals and a hazard switch would probably be a bit much... ;)For what it is, this collapsible cane fulfills my current needs quite well. My back issues is expected to be only a temporary condition, but if and when I need a cane more permanently in the future, this cane should work quite well.

Quality missing
Concept good, very convenient but quality missing. Had to request a replacement since the first one the reflector fell off. The replacement received is not locking into place each time. So it can be dangerous to use if not always carefully checking the locking mechanism is holding.

Measured Length Setting.
The description states 12 adjustable length settings. I have measured mine and provide the results.I rounded to 1/8 inch to provide moderate but useful info.Fully collapsed 14 1/4 inchsection 1 : 16 3/4 : 18 1/4 : 19 1/2 : 21 inchessection 2 : 24 1/2 : 25 3/4 : 27 1/4 : 28 5/8 inchessection 3 : 32 3/4 : 34 1/8 : 35 1/2 : 37 inchesOne problem is large jump from Max Section 2 to Min section 3 of approx. 4 inches. The cane is sturdy and easy to setup and use. The lower length setting works for me getting up out of chairs etc. (Main reason I purchased). Fits me Ok at ~5'8". I like the 14 inch folded length. I'm pleased with the purchase. If you need something in the middle of 28 and 32 inches or 21 and 24 inches, then you may have a problem .

No Adjustments Possible
I ordered this cane for my daughter, who had back surgery. When it was time for her to use it, she was unable to adjust the cane to the appropriate height. The adjustments did allow her to close it, for easy transport, however. She is 5’2 and the cane gave her discomfort, because it was too high. It would have been great, if this were not the case.

Excellent and innovative item.
The cane is very sturdy durable and compact. Unlike other canes it does not fold but it is telescoping which makes it very compact and very easy to use. The innovating design is amazing. It is very easy to set for it to open at any length that you like. If you need a cane I highly recommend this item.

Strong and convenient
I have been using this cane now for a month. The collapsible feature is great. It was very easy to set up. I am back at work after a motorcycle accident which caused damage to both legs. I work on a ranch in the California Delta. This cane has worked great on uneven surfaces, soft ground, slick surfaces, and getting in and out of equipment. It collapses down easily which allows me more room in any piece of equipment I am operating. It should last well after I don't need it any more
