I can't tolerate acidic or spicy foods like I use to and developed some gut and esophagus inflammation that hasn't healed completely. This is a very powerful solution. The Zinc Carnosine creates more mucus in the lining of your gut and helps cells repair so that it can properly heal. I noticed a difference after a week. Personally I take it with or right after a meal because it makes me nauseous on an empty stomach, but feel fine when taking it with food.Integrative Therapeutics is very high quality, I can't recommend it enough. For me, this has been more effective than standard Prilosec. It has also been much more effective than Seed Probiotics (which I tried for an extended period) specifically for targeting inflammation.I also use their Similase Digestive Enzymes before a heavy meal. That formula is much lighter so it doesn't make me feel queasy if I take it before eating. It works great and I feel like my stomach digests food much better.

I’ve been taking this for years. I can attest that my gut and immune system feel less overreactive while I’m consistently taking it. There’s some research about it’s preventative benefits for many gut health disorders and diseases, so maybe taking this will be more beneficial in the long run.

I was trying to find a Zinc supplement for immune support and help my perioral dermatitis. I chose this form as it’s supposed to aid in healing the stomach lining. I have autoimmune atrophic gastritis so hoping this can help my skin and my stomach. So far so good. I take it with food and haven’t had issues. Relatively small capsule so no issues swallowing it. Won’t know for certain about stomach healing till my gastroenterologist confirms it. Perhaps I will follow up to this review next year. Either way I would recommend it and will continue using it.

Zinc is hard to tolerate for some people, but I have no problem with these and have recommended to several others who often have a hard time with zinc and they’ve been happy with them as well

I’ve tried everything for my gas and bloating, sliver fern products I’ve been taking. They work but I needed a product quick to start helping with my gastritis. First pill after an hour less bloated and gassy after eating… today’s the first day but I feel a little better, recommend if your you have a bad gut lining

A functional medicine doctor recommended this product to me around 8 years ago. She told me the Japanese use it for GERD management. I have no hard and fast evidence other than what she told me, so I can only report my own experience. Since starting this product about 8 years ago my GERD has been minor and manageable with moderate dietary restrictions and sleeping on an incline. So I take it every day.
