With so many hearing aids not listing the size of their domes, required to use on their hearing aids, it's refreshing to see this manufacturer generously supplying 12 domes in two sizes for a reasonable price. Thank you Siemens.

My dad was having issues with the semi-open domes staying in his ears. We decided to give the larger sized double a try, as we thought the problem may be the smaller size. It seems to be the answer! The double 10/12 mm domes are staying in his ear better, and he says that they seal in and make the hearing aid even more effective. My only beef is that the advertised domes show that they are Siemens brand, and the ones you actually receive are not Siemens - he received ones called 'Connexx Accessories', that mention no affiliation to Siemens. I am glad that they seem to be compatible, but I do not appreciate the false advertisement, and thinking you didn't get what you ordered. When my dad opened the package, he called me and said it wasn't what we ordered, as it appeared to be something different.

These are not OEM designs. The hard plastic collar in the middle will not allow for a 2 or 2B slim tube with retention tail to click into place. I broke one of my tubes trying. My hearing aid is an original Siemens Centra Life and these domes are not going to work for me.

The ear domes for my Rexton hearing aids needed periodic changing. Having these on hand makes the job much easier. They were delivered on time and the price was excellent. Thanks for a great product.

Works great with Miracle Ear hearing aids my husband just got. Miracle Ear provides free ones, but only a couple at a time. Finding these online has eliminated numerous trips to Miracle Ear especially as we travel. Perfect fit

For those of us who have Siemens hearing aids (which include many branded Specsavers) it isnt easy to find replacement domes. Specsavers sell batteries but not domes ... Some domes advertised on the internet dont have the (essential otherwise they come off in your ear!) "click" fitting. These domes fit perfectly, are delivered promptly at a reasonable price and even come with a kind little personal note from the seller
