Okay! So I've used Selsun Blue's products in the past because I have super bad dandruff or whatever... I didn't like the way they smelt and I also didn't like how they would DRYYY my hair out. BRO WHEN I APPLIED THIS IT WAS AMAZING!! First of all, I noticed that it SMELLED SO GOOD! I was gonna avoid buying and try another brand because I didn't rlly like Selsun Blue's smell, but this shampoo smelled so good and yummy! The shampoo is clear which is really different from what I'm used to when it comes to this brand (the shampoo is usually blue or green). The lather is AMAZING and it makes my hair SOOO SOFT AND MOISTURIZED! Mind u... I've used Selsun Blue's "moisturizing" shampoo and that wasn't even moisturizing but THIS WAS!! Totally my forever shampoo, I love it <33 I'm gonna keep buying it forever LOL It's so worth the money!

This shampoo has been very helpful with dry scalp. I sometimes add about 4 drops of peppermint or tea tree essential oil to the shampoo in my hand, for extra oomph & let it sit on my scalp for 15 minutes. I also make a clove scalp tea with cloves, tea tree oil, peppermint essential oil, & lemongrass essential oil that I apply to my scalp after I rinse the shampoo out. The combo of both the shampoo & hair rinse have nearly eliminated the dry scalp within 2 applications in 3 days. I use it weekly now & my scalp is no longer itchy. I have bought 3 bottles of this so far. I would buy more when needed.

I really like the Selsun Blue Naturals Itchy Dry Scalp Shampoo. It helps reduce dandruff, dryness, and scalp itching without making my hair feel too dry. It has a nice, clean scent and lathers really well, so a small amount goes a long way. After using it, my scalp feels clean, refreshed, and more comfortable, while my hair feels soft and smooth.

I kind of wish Selsun Blue would drop the "dry itchy scalp" branding, because this is not a shampoo for a dry scalp. This is a shampoo for intense oil and buildup. A combination of genetics and prescriptions that I take make my skin/hair extremely oily. This is the only shampoo I've found that really gets rid of the plaques of greasy dead scalp skin and completely breaks down the oil on my scalp and stops the redness and itching. It doesn't make my hair feel dry or tangled after using. I use an intense moisturizer conditioner afterward and I don't feel that I need to use a leave-in conditioner, hair oil, or other products to moisturize my hair. I don't bleach or style my hair with heat though, so YMMV. It smells a little different now that they've changed the formula, and I don't know if I like the new formula as much overall, but it's still the best and the most affordable. I miss the transparent blue bottle.

This shampoo is highly effective at preventing dandruff. I’ve been using it for a long time and have always been happy with the results. It keeps my scalp feeling clean and fresh, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with dandruff!

Got the wrong Selwyn blue. This is the one I like.

Shampoo is decent, but when you go to put it in your hand, it gushes out of the bottle. This is aggravating when you’re in the middle of the shower and the shampoo flys out all over the place.
