My husband and I enjoy spending the weekend by the pool with a drink in hand. We would usually just place the drink on the side of the pool but our Frenchie thinks it is a game to try to knock it over. So began our search for a cup holder float that would work well and be able to hold a larger tumbler.Most cup holder floats we found appeared to be cheap and made for cans or smaller drink cups. We wanted something sturdy and large enough for a 32 oz Yeti tumbler (pictured here). They work exactly as advertised and expected. The inflatable tube is large enough to keep the drinks upright. The criss-cross nylon straps hold the cup at the bottom, and the tethering strap, also made of nylon, is an added bonus.Pros:*Sturdy material all around from the material around the inflatable tube to the strap.*Designed well to keep drinks afloat.*Made for cups both medium and large.Cons:*I think it is a little overpriced.Note: I do not recommend this for cans. I put a can in it for the purpose of this review (including a photo for review purposes) and it gets swallowed up. In addition, the way the bottom is designed to hold cups a can can slip right through. Highly discourage purchase if you are looking for a float to hold any type of 16 oz can.Update 07/19/24: I realized after this review that there are two sizes of this float. The size in the photo is the large size which would not fit a can. I can not speak to the smaller size but wanted to update this review to make that clear.

I only use great big travel water cups with lids and they could be a little more snug. I should have gotten the smaller one, but it works great. The cups just really hang low in the pool. Cool product though

It held my favorite cup for hours. The only time I had to ever check it was when a really big wave came from another boat and most of the time it was still set in the straps.

These are amazing!I got these for our summer adventures and let me tell you, they work!There were kids in the pool all around us and the water was pretty rocky one day and not once did our drinks flip or fall over.Easy to inflate.Love the tether, my drink just followed me everywhere!They were the talk around the pool with all of the adults too.You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

These work great. They advertise they hold BIG cups. So be warned. If you have just a normal soda can or beer in there you may lose it. I may need to buy cozies to make sure they don’t slip through.

will hold a small mug as the mess at the bottom will not fit larger mug

I absolutely love this thing! I attached it to my floaty out on the lake and it doesnt tip over with my Bubba in it. Highly recommend for the cottage!
