We used it to draw on so we could create fake "masks" for a school project. It was very pliable to draw lines into it with a fingernail or sharp object. **Q: what kind of glues are best to secure aluminum sheet to wood or board?** A: clear, E6000, industrial strength glue **Q: Is this the foil that you can place on a wall, rub it, and the foil color remains on the wall?** A: No, this is thicker foil for embossing or crafting. **Q: Is the foil thick and stiff enought to make flowers out of it and still hold their shape.** A: The material I bought was used to make cups and it does fine. If I remember correct they offer different thicknesses, so if you use .003 inch and use strategic folds and embosses, I think you will be fine, This stuff is not like the aluminum foil in the kitchen, that stuff is below .001 inch thick. Hope this helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - St. Louis Crafts Aluminum Metal Foil Roll, 36 Gauge, 12" x 10', Durable Foil for DIY and Crafting Projects - 5 Pcs Pattern Tracing Stylus, Ball Embossing Stylus for Transfer Paper, Tracing Tools for Drawing, Embossing Tools for Paper, Art Dotting Tools for Nail Art, Ball Tip Clay Tools Sculpting Stylus - Yaocom Aluminum Metal Crafts DIY Foil Roll 0.05 mm Thick for Art Project Aluminum Flashing Roll Wide Sheet Multipurpose Metal Sheets(12 Inch X 5 ft,Bronzer) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/100890192-st-louis-crafts-405830-36-gauge-aluminum-metal-foil-roll](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/100890192-st-louis-crafts-405830-36-gauge-aluminum-metal-foil-roll) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
