This is the most comfortable and easy to wear knee brace I've tried, and I've worn a few. Even better, the price point is way below other comparable products. There is no velcro, so nothing scratches the skin or snags on other fabrics. There is no neoprene and the perforated material is quite breathable, so wear during exercise feels less sweaty. The 4 flexible "side stabilizers" are just stiff enough to do their job, but do not inhibit movement needed for walking, running, or even deep knee bends. The uniform compression effect feels soothing on my repetitive stress injured knee and enables me to continue my workouts pain-free (at a lower intensity) while my injury heals. The brace does contain latex rubber, so folks with allergies should steer clear. Other fibers include cotton, nylon, polyester, and spandex. Wash instructions recommend hand washing and air drying. A bit about me: I ordered the small and it fits great on my petite but stubby frame. I'm 5 ft 2 in, 115 lbs with fairly muscular runner's legs.

I am 5'2", 105 lbs with pain when stepping up/down. I needed support during the healing period. The size Small fits me well. It doesn't slip or roll when mobile and gives me nice support with 2 nonremovable support strips on each side of the leg. The ad state item/design style may vary: all white "Hospital" version is the original model. The white/grey version must be the newer "Sporty" design. I was hoping to receive the white/grey one but of course, I get the solid white "Hospital" looking one with a circular cutout at knee. The fabric looks pretty darn durable and hope it will retain elasticity. I have been wearing it for on/off couple of days and it's pretty comfortable. I wished it came in black to show less dirt but overall, I am really happy with the purchase the version Amazon decided to send me. I initially purchased a knitted compression sleeve looks like some of the ones offered in Amazon stores but tho it was a size Small, it did not give me nearly enough support as the knee portion would stretch out become loose and constantly slip down. Hence my decision to order this Ace model. I would definitely buy this item again when this one wears out or lose shape...nothing lasts forever. Thanks Ace

Absolutely love this brace, except too tight for me. It's great compression, not uncomfortable (at first), and covers a lot of area. I felt relief as soon as I put on and supported. Not itchy like others. I've tried a few and this is the best of all. However, I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs w/skinny legs (I've been called bird-legs all my life). Everything I read said the small would be proper size, so I bought small, especially as I wanted to be sure there was compression and it didn't slide around. After a short time it started to cut-off the circulation and my leg was tingling. Eventually it was sort of numb and there were deep indents on my leg from the brace. Especially if I bent my leg (from sitting down). Standing up it was fine at 1st, but eventually would become too tight. ANYWAYS, great brace, just be sure you're buying the proper size. In my opinion these run small. I will be buying another when I have it in my budget, since it's too late to return, and am hoping the medium works for me.

I purchased a pair of these and use them whenever I will be working around the house or doing yard work. They slip on easily, stay in place once they’re on, and the side supports help keep the knee aligned. A lot less knee pain when I use them. I throw them in the washer and let them air dry. Love these and will be purchasing more of them.

This brace fits very tight and not recommended for anyone with average knees. I would not recommend this for any men, perhaps petite women because it fits extremely to tight. I had to order the large size after ordering the medium size which also fits to tight for a man. The braces are not accurately described and I wish there was more details about the sizing. If you think its going to fit to tight, more than likely it will. Go for one to two sizes bigger for men.

It is a great support if you have bothersome knees, especially in going up and down the stairs. Pay attention that the measurements provided to find your size, works only if you have skinny legs, it tells you to measure your knee ( which is a bony part) and if you have thicker thighs, it will hurt them a lot, so in that case, it’s better if you order a size larger than the recommended size.

Review for ACE compression knee brace with side stabilizers. I bought a small since my measurement fell in the middle. Overall it feels slightly tight but is not uncomfortable. At the upper leg it fits very snug but it is ok, but at the lower leg it is decidedly too tight and it may stop circulation. I am sure I will not be able to wear it more than a few hours at a time. I will not return because I need the compression brace NOW. However, i should have bought a medium and if I will have to wear this kind of knee brace for more than a week I’ll buy another one just like this but size medium.

Se siente bien la calidad, pero no pudimos probarla ya que es demasiado pequeña la talla, y por la pieza de metal que tiene no se pudo colocar. Pero se siente firme
