Texture is better than non gluten pasta. While they are expensive they are the best gf pasta and I love the different options. They are easy to prepare but it's rice at the end of the day. If you cook it like wheat pasta or over cook them they could be a mess. They are not overly forgiving. All in all I LOVE TINKYADA PASTA. I only order the organic brown rice which has amazing taste. There is basically rice for the ingredient list. Not a ton of ingredients you can't say.

Love Tinkyada pasta. L It doesn't turn to mush like other GF pasta, even upon reheating as leftovers. Flavor is good, does not overpower your sauces. Fair warning if you're expecting the bags shown in the images here. Instead they came in boxes, which hold less than the bags I used to find in stores.

Tinkayada is by far my favorite gluten-free pasta, hands down! Cooks just like mainstream wheat pasta. No disintegrating in the water, no gummy texture. Great pasta! (And I'm part Italian who was raised on pasta.) Just wish the company would branch out to other shapes such as ditalini, orzo, and, of course, pastina. I miss those! Don't ever hesitate to buy Tinkayada if you need a gf pasta. They're lasagna noodles are fantastic too!

My go to brand of gluten free pasta. Cooks nicely but not the best for a reheat or a pasta salad because it crumbles once it cools off.

I love Tinkayada pasta. It is a great value for the money. Boil the water, add the pasta, let the pasta boil 2 minutes, cut of heat, let sit 12 minutes pasta is done. So easy to cook. The taste is just like regular pasta even my husband loves it. He is not gluten free. It does not fall apart!

This pasta tastes good. Dont over cook it for the best texture. A bit expensive though. I can’t imagine these ingredients are a lot more expensive than wheat, just different.
