Being able to adjust the pedal tension is so nice — my old cheap stand didn’t have that feature. And the swiveling two-leg system lets me easily fit the stand next to my other gear. My only gripe is that the nut that screws on under the top hat cymbal to attach the clutch is plastic. Such a well-built stand should come with the standard metal nut. But I’m still giving this stand five stars. If you want a quality stand at a decent price and don’t mind the extra weight, get this. Previously found very high quality from USA made Griffin, so I didn't hesitate to order. The workmanship in their products is off the chart. They take pride in their work and they are HEAVY DUTY (and pretty heavy). With a little mechanical aptitude, they are easy to assemble. The adjustable spring tension makes them usable for both small or heavy footed players.
