This is lovely maca powder.It has a lovely buttery caramely flavour.I use it in smoothies every day and it adds a great taste!Great product.

Does have quite a strong flavour but it isn’t too bad. I add this to my porridge with fruit, nuts etc. good value for money

Ordered this after watching Dr Mike Hansen rave about it on his super smoothie youtube channal in his mixture of 'filling' shakes for weight loss. He pointed out that its an adaptogen to balance out your hormones and has enough science behind it to give it a go.It's got a caramel-nutty-sweet taste and enhances your shakes with its flavour. Not dissapointed with this brand the taste is great.

Seems to be very good quality. Powder is super fine and taste is ok. The price is one of the best.It does give a definite boost to energy levels however it did make me urinate a lot...so I will cycle this product because this.

The product tastes fine. I have it in smoothies and also in milk.I bought this product and a mushroom complex to help regulate my menstrual cycle as it was very long and irregular. Since taking both, my cycle has reduced from being between 40-60 days to a now very regular 31 day cycle for the last 4 cycles. I’d never had a cycle below 40 days before taking these products.An added and unexpected bonus is that it has really helped my energy and pain levels. I get a lot of fatigue and pain due to Fibromyalgia and this, alongside a mushroom complex, has really improved my quality of life. I can definitely tell throughout the day if I have not taken my Maca in the morning!

There is alot of product which is good value for money.It smells amazing and tastes great without overpowering my smoothies however I had an adverse reaction to 1tsp per day so stopped using after a week.My reaction directly speaks to its ability to rebalance hormones, using for longer may have yielded the results I required, however the initial side effects were too severe to continue use. This doesn't seem to be common among other users so listen to your body. It may be great for you.

This is the best maca powder I've found anywhere. Excellent value and great service too, definitely 5☆
