Not a major thing but it's always nice to see a company actively trying to communicate with their buyers. They then again wrote me an e-mail after it arrived asking if I enjoyed the product and if I hadn't what about it didn't please me. Again, bonus points. So here I am writing this at 7am because I think their efforts should be rewarded.... I work in a mill so my skin and hair is subjected to a lot of dirt, dust and grime and because of this I take a few extra steps to make sure I use good products on them. I'll be honest, though. Growing out my beard to the point that I have has been a bit of a new experience to me and up until I purchased this product I just used a generic shampoo/conditioner on it to keep it clean rather than actually take care of it. But seeing as my beard is the longest it has ever been I decided to try something that was specifically designed for the hair on a mans face and not the hair on a woman's head. The packaged arrived and Idk why I expected something larger than what it came in since I had only ordered the two 5oz bottle combo but opening it was nice. It was packaged well and felt like you bought something that was twice the amount of money or at least that's what I felt of it. The product is great and smells great. Even after one use my beard was softer and smoother (But not so much that it stopped be a "Beard"). I could comb it after my shower without having a dozen little knots run through the comb and when it fully dried it was more "tame". Not all over the place as much with the curls. Overall: 10/10 and I will buy again. Probably in the larger 17oz bottles.
