I got a Fotasy Konica AR to E mount adapter, to use my Konica lenses with a Sony camera. This one did not work, the lens cannot be seated on the adapter. I've got before a similar Fotasy adapter, to use those Konica AR lenses with a micro 43 camera, which worked perfectly... The lens mount is the same in both adapters, however, the Sony adapter mount piece is obviously made out of a lighter lesser quality material, and there are tolerance, and precision issues... a manufacturing quality problem. Cannot recommend Fotasy adapters any longer.

This is a lens adapter without electronic contacts or any glass, so no autofocus and no need to worry about optic degradation of your Konica AR mount lenses. It is well constructed of sturdy components and makes a tight fitting connection to the lens and camera body.

The konica ar adapter would not atach to lens. Do not want to force it and damage lens or not be able to remove it. Perhaps its a defective unit? Not going to try an force it on. Will try a different brand.

A wonderful and once expensive Hexanon lens. Not matched in how it treats portrait lighting. That camera body is no more. ? That lens? Throw away? No. This adapter has reconnected me to making pleasing visions in the ==> camera <==.

I've had to purchase several of these mounts because they keep breaking. Unfortunately the return window has closed or I would return the one I have currently. The small latch secures the lens in the mount eventually fails, allowing the lens to rotate out of the mount.

The item stated as new but two scratches inside. I am not sure it's occur by product process or used one. item has been returned.

I got this adapter to try out an old Konica lens on my Sony A7III body. It has no electronic connections and no weather sealing, but is solidly built and gave me a stable connection. It’s simple, it’s basic, and it just works. If you want to try out vintage lenses on a modern mirrorless camera, adapters are a must and this one does a decent job.
