Wide range of Zippers
My partner broke her handbag zip and did not want to throw it out so I started scouring Amazon for replacement Zippers.I must say that this is the widest variety of zippers and at such a great price.You also get the removal tool and a set of pliers to replace the top and bottom stoppers as well as the zippers.Great value.

Not fit for my purpose.
Just do not bother! This kit may well work on some repair jobs but certainly didn't do anything for me trying to repair a broken zip on a ladies bag. Sure, you get loads of bits but honestly your best bet is to find a good repair shop, unless you've got loads of time to waste. They don't tell you that you have to measure, pretty much exactly, the width of the zip fitting and then try to gauge which fittings you need to do the job.Just put your money towards a proper repair .

Don’t use this on plastic zips. Perfect for metal zips
The product is fine. Good quality for certain zips however it was no good for fixing the zip on my fleece and tore 2 of the teeth from the zip of my fleece. I now have to have the fleece redone and the zip replaced. Should’ve done this the first time rather than try to fix it myself. Use this with metal zips only.

No instructions
I hate giving low rating BUT the reason is, not used it yet as no instructions enclosed at all so got to sit and figure out how to use it. It could possibly be easy. Don't know??

Fine but no good for YKK or similar
Unfortunately no good for my ZKK zips which have a puller which is symmetrical front to back. These are all offset (the slot down the side of the zipper that is).

Check your zip size
Not happy at all. Didnt fit my zip that was the first issue. When I tried to adjust it - it snapped.Good amount of zips but unfortunately not the right size for me.

I gave up. But that’s just me...
I just couldn’t get to grips with these. Bought them to replace a zip on a pair of boots and no matter how I tried just couldn’t do it. So def not recommended for a lessPatient person expecting a simple click or slide repair.

Easier to use than replacing a zip!
It is fiddly to use, but that's the job, not the kit.It would make more sense to include blunt pliers, as the "snips" are not really appropriate, and a printed 'how to' guide would be good. Luckily, I had some blunt nosed pliers, and easily found good info on youtube (search'how to mend a zip') TIP..look at vids before buying this, you may not need the kit.However, for the cost it is a good kit, and will no doubt fix all the future broken zips I have as you get a good amount of 'bits'
