4 stars, only as not used by me ! Bought for a family member. Size wise she is happy with these & has not reported any issues with comfort or performance. She is size 20 - 22 at waist and this size pack L is suitable for her, with bit of tummy bulge ( if you know about female "apron" sag, you'll understand) , she has found they are nicely stretchy at waist and of suitable thickness. Do not dig or cut in. She's not reported any issue of bulkiness. Or irritation. I've examined them and they look nice design and of good construction but not too thick. The Amazon large pack price is very reasonable price, and I think we've saved a bit on price rather than supermarket per unit pack. She's not said any leakage has occurred, and they're not visible when under her trousers as she has asked, and No pad / panty line was visible. I would recommend these.

Absorbent no leaking appearence and quality of the material is superb. The size is perfect for me, 16/18 size. They are unlike hospital ones. I have recently had a double stroke, on the righ side. Spent 6 weeks inpatient 5 catheres sadley, canot get to the toilet on time, at times they have been soaked. However when just spotting you can dab dry with toilet roll. 💧 Pant's on top and the appearence is minemal. One pack lasts approximately a week. Thank you Always. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
