My choice is correct
Considering the environment in which this refractometer has been used, the Teflon coating protection is one of the reasons that attract me. It also has a distinctive appearance. I really like it after three months of use, it proves that my choice is correct.

NOT ACCURATE
IT WORKS FINE FOR URINE SPECIFIC GRAVITY BUT IT DOES NOT WORK FOR SERUM PROTEIN.

Easy to use...!
I am very happy with this refractometer! Our pup was recently diagnosed with Central Diabetes Insipidus and this helps me keep a check on his urine specific gravity. It's very easy to use and easy to calibrate. I did have to Google calibration directions, as mine did not have any calibration directions in the packaging material. Other than that, this product is heavy duty and easy to use and should last for years to come. It gets the job done!
