I had been apprehensive about buying this as A present as it had no reviews however, when it arrived I was pleased. Rucksack looks smart and is of a good quality. Zips are sturdy. Everything has it's place. Plenty of space inside for food and the liner inside will be very useful to keep the icepacks from making the food soggy. Padding on the back was a nice touch. Relatively light weight, bearing in mind the contents. Well received by friend. Would buy again :)

This is a very high quality set, with nice metal cutlery and accessories. Everything works well and is useful. The waterproof plastic liner is removable but can be ‘sticky’ when sliding metal boxes in. The supplied accessories were clearly designed for warm summer picnics with the main bag area meant for food. We generally prefer to fill it with a large flask and some proper China mugs as we rarely drink wine but ALWAYS want hot coffee! There’s room for biscuits too! Product looks exactly like in the photos and is really good quality, very comfy to wear on your back thanks to the padded straps and backplate. Lots of useful pockets too for wipes ect. Only bad point is plates feel a little cheap but those are easily replaceable if needed so not bothered as the rest of it looks really good and looks very smart! Can’t wait to get out and use it!

Bought this picnic rucksack after a lot of research. Great quality rucksack and blanket. Plates are a little flimsy. Have replaced with sturdier ones. Great bottle holder. Lots of room in cool box section. We have used it a lot and would definitely recommend it.

[update]Worked with customer service to come up with an acceptable solution.__________The backpack is nice but we received two pepper shakers (indicated by a “P” on the lid) instead of a salt and pepper. I also would have expected the plates to be a little sturdier for the price.

I bought this to give my friends as a wedding gift. Really nice quality bag and everything arrived in pristine condition. They loved it and I'm sure it will accompany them on many adventures. Only improvement I could recommend is to include some kind of thermos to round off the offering.
