Puts out just enough heat to take the chill out. If you have 2-3 passenger I suggest getting the next size up with the 4 ports.
If you have a custom car or rod and not a lot of room, this is a good unit. I put it in a 50' Ford. I'm going to buy the 4 outlet one for my 1400 hp 78' TA because the last owner pulled out the heat and air to make it more like a race car. I've since added F.A.S.T EFI and now I can drive the car in my colder weather without the two giant carbs (with 671 blower)Only think I suggest it you have a minimum 110 amp alternator. It's draws a lot of amps. You can go online and buy a chrome 160 amp alternator for $99. Highly recommend at LEAST a 110-120 amp alternator if you're running these, your lights, electric fan(s) ad a decent stereo with an amp or multiple amps. If you have power anything else get a min 140-160 or even the higher amp alternator that they use for stereo compittition (if you can afford it) If you have a rat rod and just want heat and having not much else drawing from the alternator (just lights and regular steel headunit) then a 80-100 amp alternator will work fine with this one.

Quality heater
Great little heater , installed in a baja bug, installs easily and good quality, I had to go to a 95 amp altinater to run it and all my lights .I would purchase the 5000 model if I did it again, not quite as hot as I would have liked, but works
