Candystripe Baby Receiving Blanket, 100% Cotton, 36 x36 in, 3 Count

These swaddles are the closest to the hospital swaddles I could find, and they are INCREDIBLE! I bought 3 packs!!! They are warm, and absorbent, perfect for swaddling, drying baby after a bath, and even works great for spit ups and messes. They come a little stiff, but they are PERFECT after you wash them!

So happy to see they are as close as you can get to the hospital swaddles. Well worth the money

These are pretty much identical to the ones at the hospital, if not better as they are 100% cotton. Hospital ones were a cotton/polyester blend. At first view, they didn't seem as good of quality because the weave seemed more open and loose than the hospital ones I was used to. I soon realized that after a few washes they DO fluff up and soften. I absolutely LOVE these blankets. They are a great size for swaddling, easy to wash and store, soft, light, easy to layer. I live in Southern California with pretty warm weather and these are perfectly light to keep baby covered without making her hot. When it cools, just layer another one! I use these EVERY DAY for swaddling, covering, setting baby on, etc. Highly recommend these blankets! I have already purchased two sets and will probably buy at least one more set.

I was looking for blankets similar to the ones the hospital was using. They seem to be very close to what I was looking for in terms of quality, 100% cotton. In terms of size though, they are 36x30 instead of 36x36. I am very disappointed because I expected to be larger and it is more difficult for me to swaddle my baby. If the size was correct I would have given them 5 stars. Edit: It has been almost a year of using them and they are still holding on with frequent washes. We use them now to change my toddler. Even though they weren't what I expected at first for the purpose I bought them for, they are very good quality and still very useful.

My hospital uses these and the other classic blue with single pink stripe ones. I LOVE these. They’re closer to a soft textured towel than a flannel receiving blanket. I think absorbency is superior. I find these were way easier to swaddle in, too. The sharp corners (vs rounded cut) make a big difference. My baby’s almost 11lbs now and I can still easily swaddle her in these and the non-sloppy/velvety (as opposed to flannel ones) really holds her well. I can’t repeat enough: these are the hospital towels/blankets. I would have gotten a sideways look for stealing them except mine were obviously brand new. Buy these - you won’t regret it. This listing is the legit medline brand (at least as of my purchase date).

We wish that we would have grabbed more swaddles at the hospital! These just are the absolute best and are the exact ones we had there. Amazing thickness for our winter baby/cool house, great big square shape as they grow, and came in a 3-pack (which I didn’t realize upon purchase but made it even more worth the price). Gets softer with use, too! 10/10 recommend if like me you also appreciated the hospital ones!!

Amazing size, quality cotton and decent price = something I’d buy again. I’ve washed them and washed them… and they just keep getting better. There has been no pilling or thinning. these are great receiving blankets. I use them for dog bedding and they get a lot of washes. I would definitely buy them again.
