Great value and easy to use!!
I bought this to trim the tree branches in my front yard and it worked great! I’ve tried other saws in the past that were much heavier and louder and found them to be really intimidating. This saw lightweight and powerful. It’s easy to use and lot quieter than a gas powered pole saw. The included battery and charger provide a great value!

not 10 to 15 feet reach more like 7 to 8
it only fully extends to almost 7 feet that’s it battery last about 30 minutes dont know how they came up with the 10 to 15 feet seems to cut good.

Does a good job trimming out our trees
I am only giving this piece of equipment a 4 rating. I am very happy with the pole saw except for the battery which only allows for a short period of trimming. I have tried to find another battery but finding one or the company who made this product is proving to be a challenge. If the battery was any good I would have given it a 5 star.

NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
Excellent design, but battery life poor. Unable to get company to respond to get replacement battery....could not find a replacement battery. Amazon had me send the pole saw back.

Don’t buy
I purchased this. It fell apart the first time after using for less than 30 minutes. I put it back together. Tried using it again. Completely broke the second time. Used twice.... it’s garbage. Worthless. Don’t buy.
