These seem to work better after a workout. A lot less muscle fatigue. Tastes good and he can just dump it into his water bottle, add water and he is good to go.

During a recent visit, my son turned me on to this product and I am so glad he did. I live in central AL and the summer heat here can be brutal. I have always found yard work to be therapeutic, but lately I have been reticent to go out into the heat to work on the yard as I would be exhausted after an hour (or less) in the summer heat. During a weekend of trimming some trees, I tried the packets he gave me and was amazed by the results. They actually helped me recover quicker and be able to go back out and continue my work with a much shorter cool down period than I previously required with water alone. I was so impressed that I ordered a 30-pack that same weekend. I have not tried the Acai Berry or Lemon/Lime but for now I'm enjoying the Passion Fruit.

Meant to order lemon lime but passion fruit is pretty good too. I need the extra hydration when I don’t drink enough water. Esp in Arizona heat.

I bought these thinking they were the lime version due to packaging picture. But I gave them a try and its quite tasty. :)

I really like this product! I travel a lot for work so this is convenient since I can bring it through security no problem. It's great for a pick me up after a long flight or to help prepare your body for higher elevation or humidity. It's also a lifesaver for someone who tends to overindulge when drinking. I had a minute case of the wine flu this morning and needed to get out the door for work. I chugged gatorade last night and it had no effect so I poured one of these into a bottle of water (and added some ice, it tastes better chilled). It did the trick after a few sips no lie I felt better and even walked to work instead of driving like I was planning to. I've got a trip to see my Irish gals coming up and I will definitely be using this [in conjunction with flyby] before bed after our crazy nights out! But note to self, pre-make it before going out for the night and leave it next to the bed haha. I will say the initial taste is slightly reminiscent of salt water, at least to me as a diver. It kind of shocked me the first few sips but its really for a split second because the drink is salty but then the flavor kicks in and it tastes like a normal sports drink. I feel like it would be masked a bit better by a flavor other than lemon lime but this deal was too good to pass up so it's all good! Lastly, I like how unlike pedialyte there's no artificial dyes in this product.
